Tim is the founder and CEO of 90 Seconds. He is an experienced serial entrepreneur with a mix of technology, marketing, design, finance and leadership experience developed from starting and growing businesses over the last 15 years. Tim leads 90 Seconds with a vision for creating the worlds leading cloud video production platform and travels the world making it happen. With over 10 years’ experience in Business Development and Sales Management, Nick has spent the last 5 years building up 90 Seconds in a variety of roles. He successfully set up 90 Seconds UK in 2011, 90 Seconds Singapore in 2015, and 90 Seconds Hong Kong in 2016. Nick is currently the Global Head of Revenue.
Despite his globetrotting lifestyle, Nick is a proud kiwi and always finds time to follow the national sporting teams over a beer or two!
Qiuyun is Chief of Staff at 90 Seconds, leading special cross-functional and strategic projects, and working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team. She is passionate about solving growth problems, helping to build teams, and scaling young businesses.
Qiuyun joined us after three eventful years at Grab, Southeast Asia's leading ride-hailing app, where she led $1.4bn worth of capital raise in a highly competitive environment, and helped start Grab's mobile payments business. Previously, she was also head of Hong Kong at Rocket Internet's fashion e-commerce company, Zalora.
Outside of work, she is also a keen wildlife photographer, and has traveled to all 7 continents of the world.
Daniel is a content marketing professional with 18 years experience building valued brands across various industries with a B2B & B2C focus, locally and internationally. He joined 90 Seconds as the General Manager of Australia in April 2015 overseeing the growth of the market and the team.
A true internet guy, Jake joined 90 Seconds in March 2014 and is currently the Head of Customer Experience. He manages and implements the 90 Seconds user experience globally as well as leading the online growth team. When he’s not in front of his laptop, he enjoys throwing himself downhill on his mountain bike, watching sports and wearing backward hats.
Mischa joined 90 Seconds in 2012 and has held a variety of roles including Head of Production and General Manager NZ, and he is currently the Global Head of Content. Having co-founded and run his own online entertainment business, Mischa brings with him a wealth of experience in the full cycle of video production.

Rashmi is a CPA and Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of Industry experience in Silicon Valley and Asia. Her prior work experience includes Big 4's, Fortune 500 companies such as PayPal, Oracle and hyper growth start-ups like Grab.
Rashmi is passionate about setting up robust & scalable financial processes at start-ups to help drive growth. She joins 90 Seconds as VP Finance.
Rachel joined 90 Seconds as the Head of Talent in January 2015 focusing on talent acquisition, talent management, and talent retention. She is slightly obsessed with candidate experience. Rachel brings over 10 years of experience in recruitment and HR across New Zealand, Malaysia and now Singapore in the technology, engineering and telco industries. When not managing the talent function globally, she is mom to a brooding British Bulldog, a giddy Beagle, and a gorgeous little baby girl.

Rob brings many years of engineering experience to 90 Seconds. An engineer, architect, manager, and leader, Rob has built innovative products, started and grown strong teams at companies like Soul Machines, Kaseya, Symantec and Intel. He is passionate about building secure, resilient and innovative software.

Jonas is an ex-Googler, with over 10 years' experience in leading teams, scaling revenues, scaling volumes, and scaling new markets within the advertising industry.
He joined 90 Seconds in 2018 and is based in London.
With 22 years of Internet industry experience in marketing, sales, and brand development, Paul joins 90 Seconds from Instagram where he lead APAC Product Marketing in Singapore. After 2 years in a market growth role at Google NZ, Paul started & grew Facebook NZ’s advertising business, and then moved to Singapore managing Facebook’s Tech, Telco & Entertainment vertical team across South East Asia.
George joined 90 Seconds at the end of 2011 after finishing a bachelor’s degree in Politics from Massey University in New Zealand. In his time at 90 Seconds, George has had many roles covering many areas of the business including success, finance, product and systems. Currently, he is the Head of Systems responsible for designing, implementing and administering all 90 Seconds’ Systems globally.
Dion has a wealth of experience building native mobile and desktop apps for global leading companies including Microsoft, Skype, and Sony. He is passionate about creating great mobile experiences for our users.
Dat is originally from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He spent three years in the United Kingdom for his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science before deciding to settle down in Singapore and starting his career in early 2011.
Dat is passionate about big data, machine learning, and most importantly, their real-world applications and impact. He has been in various start-ups of different sizes and industries throughout the years, forming data teams, setting up data infrastructures, and building machine learning products. In 2018, he joined 90 Seconds to lead and build our data science capabilities.
Geoff is an executive with over 25 years of broadcast and digital media experience, supporting brands to leverage the power of video. Geoff is client service focused, highly entrepreneurial and passionate about the combined power of video and new-age technology, enabling brands to tell stories and add real value for their customers.
Madeeha has a passion for people, talent and all things tech related! She has spent the past 7+ years working in Asia Pacific, South Africa and Canada to help build, scale and professionalise People and Talent functions for high growth start ups.
Sylwia was born and raised in Warsaw Poland but spent last 11 years living in Canada. For over 3 years she worked as an auditor and accountant and got fully qualified as a Chartered Accountant. After Canada, Sylwia spent a year travelling in Europe, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand and moved to Auckland permanently in early 2015. She loves tennis, cooking and competitions of any sorts.
Jess has over 8 years of experience working in digital, TV, and film across the UK and Asia. She is also a self-professed fitness junkie, bootcamp coach, and OCR enthusiast. Jess began her career in London, where she penned screenplays for both live-action and animated titles that toured festival circuits across the States and Canada. She soon gravitated towards shorter form comedy and found herself taking my first steps into television as Head Writer on multi-BEFFTA-award-winning sitcom ‘Meet the Adebanjos’ – a British-Nigerian comedy show that made its evolution from popular webseries, to primetime TV, to stage show at London’s Hackney Empire Theatre. She is now using her extensive production background to work closely with product & engineering to optimise the 90 Seconds platform experience.
Zach brings with him a wealth of experience and passion in all facets of online video and has a strong understanding of digital presence through video strategy. From creative direction and shooting/cutting content himself to managing multi-national projects for numerous well known brands.Sitting on the front-lines of the business, Zach is responsible for video delivery at the highest standard. This includes ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for clients and liaising closely with creators throughout the production process, maintaining ongoing relationships with both parties.Outside of project management, Zach works to expand and develop the global creator community, manage online video orders, review/revise/write briefs for video marketing campaigns and assists with YouTube integration/SEO detailing for clients.
Daniel oversees the creator network with a focus on connecting the planet’s best talent with incredible brands and opportunities. Daniel has worked in video production for over 10 years and has developed digital programming for IBM, AOL, Verizon, AT&T, Sports Illustrated, Toyota, Google and many others. Prior to joining 90 Seconds, Daniel was Director of Marketing for two tech startups in Nashville, TN. Daniel loves bicycles and is almost always trying to talk books, music, and nonviolent resistance. He lives in Nashville with his wife, four children and no pets.
Corinne has more than 20 years of experience in sales & management, the last 16 years in Getty Images managing sales teams across London & SEA/HK. Before joining the 90 team she spent 6 years as Head of Sales in SEA, where she was responsible for implementing successful sales strategies, building and scaling high performing sales teams across the region. Corinne has more than 10 years experience in the Media segment in London, focusing on growing and developing digital content in Fleet Street.
Andrew has been in the digital media space for over 10 years, starting with 5 years at Getty Images. Since then he has been helping marketers achieve their objectives working in digital agencies and has been in the online video space for the past 2 years. Andrew loves a challenge and questioning the norm, living life with not a why attitude, but why not. He is a keen runner, hiker (having camped at Everest Base Camp) and Japanese Yogi.
After taking a 22 month sabbatical travelling the world, Grant decided to plug back into corporate life at 90 Seconds. He spent 17 years of his B2B & B2C sales career across telecoms, media & finance working in Australia, London & Dublin before finding his true calling in tech & software sales in Sydney & Singapore. Passionate about all things tech, travel & startups with his spare time seeing him chasing the wind kiteboarding, understanding the crazy world of crypto or avidly consuming podcasts.

Sean McGill has over 20 years of experience in video production, live video streaming, live event production, produced video content development and distribution, social video, SaaS video services, interactive Web development design & services, sales management, account service and marketing/media relations’ counsel.
Rina brings with her more than a decade of production experience- from manic breaking news deployment within the APAC region, to multi-country location shoots for corporate clients, to production managing blue-chip documentaries, Rina has done it all. She has a good understanding of the fragmented APAC region and its diverse cultures. Rina speaks 3 languages fluently- English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia and has a good understanding of Mandarin.
Lucy is passionate about digital marketing, and she has been working with clients in APAC and USA since 2009. She enjoys participating in performance marketing competitions and making challenging clients her best friends. Earlier this year, Google named Lucy as the AUNZ Performance Honours Guru for her work on Tiffany & Co and Stylerunner (Australian startup).
Caitlin has been in the creative industry for close to decade, with experience in film, television and advertising. With a proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with her crews clients and colleagues, Caitlin brought her vast experience in direction and strategy in house at 90 Seconds in 2018. Looking to push the limits at every turn, whether in her work, or on her motorbike, a keen understanding for ROI paired with her wiliness to push creative boundaries has seen her work recognised across the globe.
